SUSTAINABILITY

Against the challenging backdrop of climate change and population growth, the need for truly sustainable schemes which address the housing shortage has never been more salient. We embrace our responsibility as developers to minimise our environmental impact wherever possible. We do this by reducing carbon emissions, water and energy consumption, and introducing sustainable, energy efficient technologies into all our builds.

Whenever viable, we include Photovoltaic and/or solar panels on our proposals, as well as low-flushing toilets and state of the art insulation for walls, floors and roofs, to help retain heat and minimise energy loss. If possible, rainwater is also harvested and reused within schemes to reduce water consumption.

Our ethos is one of social sustainability and respect for the natural environment. We aim to contribute to the requirement for housing in the capital with projects that meet the diverse needs of existing and future residents. Our homes allow families to live more economical and energy efficient lifestyles without compromising on comfort or style.
